The Von Tramps have released their video for "Summer Nights". Although the video is shot in a 90s like fashion, it's not that kind of nostalgia that's brought upon the viewer during these difficult times. Pool parties, get-togethers, and hanging out with friends have become things of the past due to (im sure you're sick of hearing this, too) COVID-19.
The Von Tramps: "Summer Nights was filmed in October 2019. Initially, we just wanted to capture a little of that perfect summer love. We had no idea this amazing video would be one of the last we would be able to shoot together. This video was filmed in two locations in one day. Since then we have had the absolute best winter of playing the Turf Club and the Roy Wilkins and the crushing disappointment of cancelling our SXSW Tour, Block Parties, Art A Whirl, Pride and, worse, social distancing from eachother. We miss live music so much. Until then, keep keeping on. We're out here and we're still going. So here's a little bit of that with our friends Ava, Rocco, Athereal, Eric and friends. Summer is here!"
